- How long does it take to steam a garment?
The steamer is ready in 30 seconds and a shirt takes only a few minutes. The 4000Pa suction holds the fabric taut, so most creases come out in one or two slow passes instead of repeated back and forth.
- What types of clothing can I use it with?
Shirts, blouses, t-shirts, dresses, trousers, suits and jackets. It also works on things you cannot put on an ironing board, such as curtains while they are still hanging.
- Does the suction work on delicate fabrics too?
Yes, and you can also switch it off. Use the vacuum mode on thicker garments where the fabric needs to be held flat, and low steam on silks and fine blends where you want steam without contact.
- How long does a full water tank last?
The 270ml tank steams around 7 to 10 shirts on a single fill. It detaches for filling, the level is visible through the clear body, and it clicks back into place.
- Do I need an ironing board?
No. The garment stays on the hanger and the suction does the work your second hand would normally do, which is what makes one-handed use possible.
- Is it suitable for travel?
Yes. It weighs 0.9 kg and measures 26 × 18 × 11 cm, so it fits in a carry-on. The folding hanger included in the box opens to 40 cm and folds down to 13.8 × 6.5 × 1.4 cm.
- What is included in the box?
The steamer with its freestanding base, the detachable 270ml water tank, an extra dust filter, a folding travel hanger, a travel bag and the instruction manual.
- What water should I use?
We recommend distilled water only. Tap water leaves limescale inside the steamer over time, which blocks the steam holes and shortens the life of the unit. Distilled water keeps the steam clean and the heating system clear.
